In the Pilates Studio Berlin we teach classical Pilates in the New York tradition – a multi-layered, effective movement system, invented and developed by Joseph Pilates. It consists of about 600 exercises, which can be individually tailored to the client’s needs. The basic principles of Pilates are focus, breathing, precision, flow, coordination and harmony of body and mind. Pilates moves and shapes the whole body, corrects faulty posture and helps one use one’s own power and strength – in the studio as well as in everyday life… in the best possible way.
