Classic Pilates exercises on the mat with a maximum of 6 people.
You don’t need anything except your body and the openness to follow the instructions of the trainer. Many aha-moments await you as you learn to correctly control your muscle groups and how to optimally align your spine. In addition, you will learn how to safely perform effective sequences of classical Pilates exercises, including the “Series of Five”. You then can take your Pilates with you at any time – whether on vacation, in the park or in the office – and strengthen yourself out and about.
