Galina Rohleder has been teaching classical Pilates for over 20 years. As a second-generation teacher with over 24,000 hours of teaching experience, including many years in New York, she is increasingly involved in education and training. Her training as a certified Pilates trainer includes a combination of internships, teaching experiences and one on one training. If you would like to learn more about Pilates in the New York tradition and are interested in working as a trainer, please contact us to find out about individual opportunities.

On a regular basis Pilates Studio Berlin offers workshops that delve deeper into Pilates.

Our workshops are aimed at students, teachers and those interested in exploring more deeply the world of classical Pilates in the New York tradition. Increase your understanding of technique, discover new aspects and learn how to avoid injuries.

We often receive requests for possible internships in the Pilates Studio Berlin. We are happy to consider these requests made by prior arrangement and through registration. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Several times a year Pilates Studio Berlin offers lectures that shed light on different aspects of classical Pilates. We are looking to present a wide variety of perspectives, to learn from each other, and to network with others who share this interest. We have international experts and guests from related disciplines, such as doctors, osteopaths, physiotherapists and dancers. Are you interested in giving a lecture? If so, please contact us.

Since some trainers cannot come to our studio in person, but have questions about their students, exercises, or potential injuries, we can offer a telephone consultation. This cannot, of course, replace personal care, but might give ideas and insights for further consideration. If necessary, please arrange a telephone appointment with Galina Rohleder.

The appointments for 2019 can be found here from the beginning of the year.
